Nestled on the farm Voorbedacht at the foot of the Swartberg Mountains (Internationallisted heritage site) with a panoramic view of the world renowned Swartberg Pass.

Both original farm houses have been converted in luxury accommodation. The historical house (dated 1864) features 5 en-suite guest rooms with “brooky-lace” finishes and Oregon Pine floors and Ceilings. The Main house offers 11 en-suite guest rooms emanating a warm “earthy ambiance and warm natural wood and slate finishes. Peace, Tranquil and Serenity are three units each consisting of three en-suite rooms. These units are built to resemble the traditional Karoo Style.

The Guest house offers convenient access to the following landmarks: Cano Caves,
Swartberg Pass, Cango Ostrich Farm and the Garden Route.

Directions:

Take the first road left indicated as the "Prince Albert" turn-off and continue along this road for approximately 12 km where you will find the last turn-off left before ascending the Swartberg Pass. The turn-off is indicated as the "Calitzdorp / Matjiesrivier" turn-off.

Travel another 4 km until you find the entrance to Swartberg Country Manor on your right marked by a guest entrance sign as well as three flags.
